Our Story
Hi, I’m Jesse Lowe—husband, father of three daughters, and founder of StrongGirls.
But before any of this existed, I was just a dad—and a man—trying to hold it together.
Today, thousands of families trust StrongGirls to help their daughters grow strong inside & out.
The Turning Point
A few years ago, my marriage was strained. My oldest daughter was losing confidence. And I didn’t know how to fix it.
Counseling taught me a life-changing truth: The only person I could change… was me.
As I grew, I began sharing those same truths with my daughter—simple, biblical, practical tools about identity, effort, responsibility, and emotional health.
Her confidence transformed. Our family transformed. And I realized: this wasn’t just about us. It was about a generation of girls who desperately need to know they are capable, valuable, and loved.
The Birth of StrongGirls
I built StrongGirls to be the solution I wish we’d had: A place where girls aren’t just coached—they’re mentored.
Where life skills and faith are woven into every routine. Where families feel seen, supported, and strengthened.
Today, StrongGirls is on a mission to open 1,000+ locations—empowering millions of girls to believe in themselves.
