StrongGirls Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all StrongGirls LLC websites, services, subscriptions, programs, and products, including but not limited to:

• https://www.stronggirls.com
• StrongGirls Edge (online training)
• StrongGirls Gymnastics (in-person classes)
• StrongGirls Apparel (leotards, clothing, merchandise)

By accessing or using any StrongGirls service or product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1️⃣ Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription services (StrongGirls Edge and Apparel subscriptions) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) until canceled. You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date via your account or by contacting our support team.

Refunds are not provided for prior subscription periods once billed.

Free apparel as part of a subscription is contingent on an active, paid subscription in good standing. Cancellation before eligibility may void the free item benefit.

2️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content on StrongGirls websites, videos, programs, graphics, logos, and products is owned by StrongGirls LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without written permission.

3️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Participation in StrongGirls programs (both online and in-person) involves inherent risks. You agree to assume all responsibility for the safety of yourself and your child when using StrongGirls services and products.

StrongGirls LLC is not liable for injury, illness, damages, or loss resulting from participation in our programs or use of our products. Please review our Liability Disclaimer for full details.

4️⃣ User Conduct

You agree not to misuse StrongGirls websites, accounts, services, or community platforms. Inappropriate behavior (including harassment, hate speech, unauthorized promotion, or copyright violation) may result in account termination.

5️⃣ Testimonials & Reviews

Testimonials submitted to StrongGirls (via website, email, or social media) may be used for marketing purposes with your first name and state unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

6️⃣ Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas courts unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.

8️⃣ Changes to Terms
