Sat. 3:30–5:30 pm, 6:00-7:30 pm
Sun. 3:30–5:30 pm, 6:00-7:30 pm
Where: StrongGirls Gymnastics
Investment: $449 for up to 12 kids
One party at a time. Your daughter and her friends get the whole gym to themselves.
What's Included
Your StrongGirls Birthday Party Includes:
Private use of the gym and party area for 2 hours
2 StrongGirls coaches to:
Lead warm‑up and fun introductions
Run obstacle courses, games, and basic gymnastics
Keep kids safe, engaged, and included
A dedicated party host to help with:
Greeting guests
Managing the flow
Cleanup afterwards
Tablecloths, plates, napkins, and cutlery
Simple birthday decorations in StrongGirls colors
A special gift for the birthday girl (StrongGirls T-Shirt)
A group photo spot so you can capture the memory
Safety & Guidelines
All guests must have a signed waiver on file (we’ll send a link to share with parents).
Kids should wear comfortable athletic clothes or leotards, and hair tied back.
Only party guests are allowed on the equipment – no adults or siblings on the floor.
Parties are designed for ages 4–12 so everyone can participate safely.
Booking & Policies
How to Book
Click “Request a Party Time” and tell us your preferred date and time.
We’ll confirm availability and send you a link to reserve.
A $150 non‑refundable deposit holds your date; the remaining balance is due 7 days before the party.
Rescheduling
14+ days before your party: reschedule once for free to any available date within 6 months.
Less than 14 days: your original deposit is forfeited; a new date requires a new deposit.
Cancellations
If you cancel completely, the $150 deposit is non‑refundable.
Cancellations within 7 days of the party are non‑refundable, as staff and your private time are already reserved.
How the Party Flows
First 10–15 minutes – Arrival
Guests arrive, check in, and meet the coaches.
Quick rules and fun icebreaker so everyone feels
Next ~60–70 minutes – Gym Time
Fun warm‑up
Age‑appropriate obstacle courses and games
Basic gymnastics on floor, beam, and more
Group activities so every child feels included (even non‑gymnasts)
Last ~30 minutes
Cake, snacks, and singing Happy Birthday
Optional presents time
Group photo before everyone heads home
Coaches keep things moving and handle cleanup so you can relax and enjoy your daughter’s day.
Options & Upgrades
Make her day extra special with simple add‑ons:
More kids (13–18 total): +$75
(Includes an extra coach for safety and fun)
Birthday leotard for the birthday girl: +$49
StrongGirls goodie bags for guests: starting at +$9/child
