A Fun & Effective Training Experience
Each class is structured for safe skill progression, allowing every participant to work within their comfort level. A typical session includes:
1) Warm-Up & Flexibility Drills – Prepare muscles and joints for gymnastics movements.
2) Strength & Conditioning – Bodyweight training to develop power and endurance.
3) Fundamental Gymnastics Skills – Work on rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and core tumbling.
4) Event Training – Learn basics on bars, beam, vault, and trampoline (optional).
5) Cool Down & Mobility Work – End with stretching to improve flexibility and recovery.
