Our Golden Stars Team program is for committed gymnasts who are ready to train multiple days per week and represent StrongGirls at meets. It is a close‑knit group of girls that learn to work hard, handle pressure, and chase big goals together.

How Team Works
Team is by coach evaluation and invitation only. Levels run from Golden Stars 1 through Golden Stars 10. Training hours and meet schedules increase as girls move up levels
What She Will Experience
Multiple practices each week
Structured strength, flexibility, and skill progressions
Routine development on all four events
In‑house and external competitions
Coaching on mindset, sportsmanship, and character
Team is a higher commitment for both gymnast and family – more hours in the gym and meet weekends across the season. Before joining, we sit down with you to review expectations, schedule, and tuition so there are no surprises.
If your daughter is currently in StrongGirls and dreaming about Team, talk to her coach about a Golden Stars evaluation. If you are brand new to StrongGirls, begin with our $49, 2‑class intro and we will help you map the path from her first cartwheel to Golden Stars.
